A Juliette man accidentally shot himself Tuesday morning while showing guns to workers at a Vineville Avenue gun shop, according to Macon police.
The 67-year-old was taken by ambulance to The Medical Center of Central Georgia for treatment of a gunshot wound to the leg, police Lt. Eric Walker said.
The man was at A-Z Guns, 3258 Vineville Ave., about 10 a.m. showing guns to employees, including a gun he was carrying in a holster. When he tried to put the gun back into the holster, it went off, Walker said.
No one else was injured.
