A former Macon banker serving a 70-month federal prison term for possession of child pornography has been indicted on a child molestation accusation, according to Bibb County Superior Court records.
J. Lee Anderson III, 46, was indicted by a Bibb County grand jury Tuesday.
He is accused of inappropriately touching a girl under the age of 16 on numerous occasions between Jan. 1, 2004, and April 24, 2006, according to the indictment.
Anderson, a former employee of Colonial Bank, was sentenced in July to serve 70 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography.
Authorities confiscated several computers and hundreds of CDs and floppy disks from his home, his work space at Colonial Bank on Walnut Street and a Peake Road storage facility.
Federal prosecutors have said authorities found 276 images containing child pornography on Anderson’s computer and another five video clips on a DVD.
