Jeff Davis County deputies serving a warrant early Friday morning discovered a working methamphetamine lab in a house on Alabama Street in Denton.
Interim sheriff John Lee said the lab was operating at the time of the arrest and two children, the youngest about 4 years old, were inside the home.
"They had video surveillance and guns there where they were cooking," Lee said.
The GBI came to the scene to process and clean up the lab which took more than 12 hours, he said.

The names of the suspects have not yet been released as the investigation is continuing.
Lee said he expects to file child endangerment charges against those arrested.
