Macon police looking for bank bandit

A man passed a note to a bank teller at the Capital City Bank on Northside Drive, demanding money and then fled about 12:25 p.m. Tuesday, Macon police said.

Sgt. Zac Self said the man ran away with an undisclosed amount of money.

No weapon was displayed. No injuries were reported.

A black man was described as being in his late teens, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, wearing a red New York Yankees cap with a blue bill and a blue and white jacket.
