Burglars fire shots at Macon neighbor who interrupted crime

Shots were fired at a neighbor when he interrupted a burglary in the 2900 block of Spring Meadow Drive at about 1 p.m. Tuesday, according to Macon police.

After the two burglars saw the neighbor, one of them pulled out a handgun and fired three shots at him, according to a police report.

The burglars then jumped over a backyard fence and ran . Two laptop computers and three flat screen TVs were taken, according to the report.
