Charges have been dismissed against a Macon teenager who was charged in connection with a shooting outside the Dirty Iguana.

Keith Gyrone Foster Jr., 18, of Baxter Avenue, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of participation in criminal street gang activity.

Kenya Palmer, 19, of West Grenada Terrace, and 16-year-old Davone Frazier, of Suwanee Avenue, were both shot in the ankle during a teen night March 29 at the club, located at 543 Plum St.

Bibb County prosecutor Sandra Matson said the case was dismissed due to a lack of evidence.

Foster was released Monday from the Bibb County jail, according to jail records.
