My dearest Lord Jesus, these words of a song bring sweet memories as these are times of trial and uncertainties. “In times like these, we need a savior. in times like these, we need an anchor. Be very sure, be very sure , your anchor holds and grips the solid rock. This rock is Jesus, yes he’s the one. This rock is Jesus, the only one,” by Ruth Caye Jones during the days of World War II. Jesus, some have battles of addiction, others have terminal illnesses. Some are separated form loved ones and so many have not enough of anything to get by. Let us turn to you when these things are in control of our lives. Only you can forgive, mend, heal and love. In your holy name, I humbly pray. Amen.
