My dearest Jesus, so gentle and kind, with all of my heart, I thank you for allowing me to see and hear the needs of those who face immense challenges. We somehow get so wrapped up in our own selves that we become blind when it comes to reaching out to our families and friends and even to some who we barely know. In Matthew 18:20, we read your holy words: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” O Lord, guide and direct us as we search and find each opportunity to share your love with someone in need. In your precious name, I pray. Amen.
