Brown sugar fudge frosting
1 (packed) cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
3 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened

Confectioners' sugar as desired

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Makes about 2 cups, enough to frost one cake.
Place brown sugar, butter, chocolate, salt and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to incorporate. Boil exactly three minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in enough confectioners' sugar to achieve desired spreading consistency. Beat in vanilla.
