Easy barbecue chicken
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup honey

4 chicken leg quarters
Makes 4 servings.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan, combine onions, ketchup, honey and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over low heat until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.
Spray a 12-inch or larger frying pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown chicken over medium-high heat. Spray a 9-by-13 casserole dish with nonstick spray, place chicken in the dish and cover with sauce.
Bake for 1 hour or until an instant-read thermometer placed away from the bone in the thigh registers 165 degrees.
