Jeff Richardson, 12, had just stepped out of his grandma's Honda Civic in a driveway along Broadway in south Macon on Thursday when a 2006 Cadillac CTS roared past on the curb, narrowly missing the boy. "I would've been dead," he said of the 9:30 a.m. crash that left the Cadillac's driver dead. The victim, 63, of Warner Robins, died after the car swerved past Richardson, shot across Broadway and was struck by a southbound pickup truck near Flamingo Drive.
