Low clouds didn't get in the way of flying for Zacchaeus Clayton, 6, as he enjoyed bungee jumping at the Cherry Blossom Festival Wednesday. When his grandmother, Ethelene Clayton, told him it was time to come down, Clayton said he didn't know if walking would ever be the same again. "That's awesome,'' he yelled.
