In this copy of a photo made by accident investigators in March 2007, troopers investigate a Sumter County accident in which the 2000 Jeep Cherokee Jimmie Davis was driving rolled over after he was rear-ended. Davis' wife, Lounelle, said weak roof construction that doesn't protect passengers if the vehicle rolls is why her husband died in the wreck. A New York bankruptcy court has said the new Chrysler corporation that the government has bailed out will not have to pay claims like those brought by Davis.
