Lounelle Davis, second from right, places flowers at the grave site of her husband, Jimmie, at the Union Baptist Church cemetery in Pitts. The Davises' 2000 Jeep Cherokee rolled after a vehicle hit it in the rear. Davis' wife, Lounelle, said weak roof construction that doesn't protect passengers if the vehicle rolls is why her husband died in the wreck. A New York bankruptcy court has said the new Chrysler corporation that the government has bailed out will not have to pay claims like those brought by Davis.
