Lounelle Davis holds a portrait of herself and her husband, Jimmie, who died on March 4, 2007, when the Jeep they were riding in was struck from behind and rolled over. A New York bankruptcy court has ruled that they — and apparently more than 150 others with similar claims against Chrysler — would not be able to sue the auto maker for damages related to product liability issues. With Davis are her daughters Vicky Greene, Jan McGuire, and son, Jerry Davis.
