The crew from Schantz Organ Co., an Ohio manufacturer that specializes in pipe organs, moves an 800-pound wind box through a maze of parts Wednesday as they reinstall the Goodwyn-Candler-Panoz instrument at Porter Auditorium. The million-dollar restoration project involves thousands of parts and is expected to to take more than a month to refit the Wesleyan College auditorium.
