Mercer head coach Bobby Lamb will be the Macon Touchdown Club's first speaker this fall.

The first Macon Touchdown Club meeting of the fall will be held Sept. 8, and the season will run until Nov. 24.

The first speaker of the year will be Mercer's Bobby Lamb, and the featured high school will be Rutland. The rest of the schedule is: John Stephenson (College Football Hall of Fame)/Windsor on Sept. 15; Paul Johnson (Georgia Tech)/Northeast-Central Fellowship on Sept. 22; Larry Blakeney (Troy)/Mount de Sales on Sept. 29; Scott Moore (impressionist)/Tattnall Square on Oct. 6; David Greene (former Georgia quarterback)/Southwest on Oct. 13; Wes Durham (Atlanta Falcons radio)/Howard-Covenant on Oct. 20; Mark Schlabach (ESPN)/Stratford on Nov. 3; Bill Clark (UAB)/Central on Nov. 10; Willie Fritz (Georgia Southern)/FPD on Nov. 17; and Jeff Monken (Army)/Westside on Nov. 24.

The club is off Oct. 27.
