WARNER ROBINS -- Three Warner Robins men have been charged with the armed robbery of the Lotto Bacco store Sunday afternoon.

Houston County sheriff’s investigators arrested Javon Clifton Ramsey, 36; Jion Rico Ramsey, 32; and Terrill Mario Roberts, 27, after serving a search warrant at their home on Brookhaven Circle in Warner Robins. The sheriff’s office said in a statement that evidence from the robbery was found in the home.

Javon Ramsey and Jion Ramsey are each charged with armed robbery and unlawful gang activity. Roberts is charged with armed robbery, unlawful gang activity, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

All three are being held in the Houston County Detention Center without bond. They were each booked at 8:35 a.m. Friday.

Sheriff’s Lt. Dave Carrick said all three men were in the store at the time of the robbery. Investigators believe Roberts was the gunman, and the others were posing as customers, Carrick said.

Investigators served the warrant around 6:30 a.m. Friday. In the house they found pictures of the suspects throwing gang signs. Carrick said they didn’t know what name the gang had been going by.

No other arrests are expected.

The store at 509 S. Houston Lake Road was robbed around 4:15 p.m. Sunday when a man wearing a mask entered the store, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money from the cash register before leaving.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Sgt. Greg Pennycuff or Sgt. George Runyon at 478-542-2085 or the Houston County Sheriff’s Office at 478-542-2080.
