Armed robber strikes Warner Robins store

A lone gunman entered a local Houston County business Sunday afternoon and escaped with an undetermined amount of cash.

The incident happened at the Lotto Bacco on 509 South Houston Lake Road in Warner Robins about 4:15 p.m., according to a Houston County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Described as a black male wearing a mask, green pants and a black hoodie, the robber pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money from the register before leaving the scene on foot, according to the release.

Anyone with information concerning the robbery is asked to call sheriff’s Sgt. Greg Pennycuff at 478-542-2085 or the Houston County Sheriff’s Office at 478-542-2080.
