Shotgun used in Macon convenience store robbery

Two masked men held up the Flash Foods at 4314 Pio Nono Ave. just before 3 a.m. Thursday.

One of the men dressed in dark clothing pulled a shotgun and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register before they ran away, according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

No one was hurt.

Anyone with information is urged to leave a message for the on-call investigator at 751-7500, or dial Macon Regional Crimestoppers at 877-68-CRIME.
