Macon teen shot in the groin, suspect sought

A 17-year-old Macon man is in stable condition after being shot in the groin early Tuesday morning.

Kentavis Stanley was wounded on O’Hara Drive about 1:30 a.m., according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators have been talking to witnesses and gathering clues at the scene to help identify a suspect.

Anyone with information is asked to leave a message for the on-call investigator at 751-7500, or call Macon Regional Crimestoppers to leave an anonymous tip at 877-68-CRIME.
