Residents of the Winship Hills, Shirley Hills and North Highlands areas can get a look Wednesday and Thursday at noise barriers planned for those areas along Interstate 75.

The Georgia Department of Transportation will hold a meeting for Winship Hills residents at Northwoods Academy, 708 Pierce Ave., from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday.

For Shirley Hills and North Highlands residents, a meeting will be held at Highland Hills Baptist Church, 1370 Briarcliff Road, from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday.

Georgia DOT officials will talk about the barrier locations and their planned appearance, then residents can ask questions, according to a news release from DOT spokeswoman Kimberly Larson.
