Bibb County sheriff’s investigators are hoping someone recognizes images of a gunman who robbed the Walgreens on Gray Highway on March 18.

At about 3 a.m. that Tuesday morning, the man demanded money from the clerk and favored his right leg when he limped away from the store at the corner of Shurling Drive, according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office that included surveillance images from last month’s holdup.

The robber is described as a black male about 150 pounds who is about 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was wearing a gray hooded jacket, blue jeans, gloves and a bandanna across his face.

Anyone with information is asked to call Macon Regional CrimeStoppers at 877-68-CRIME, or dial 751-7500 and ask for the on-call investigator.
