A Florida man accused of following too closely and not using his blinker to change lanes on Interstate 75 was caught with a pile of drugs and cash Tuesday in Monroe County, authorities say.

Lucas Michael Johnson, 37, was pulled over near mile marker 191 for the alleged traffic violations when deputies discovered his driver’s license was suspended in Oregon and Florida, according to a news release from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

A search of Johnson’s 2001 Toyota Sequoia yielded some heroin, more than two pounds of marijuana and $100,130 in cash, the release states.

Johnson has several prior drug related charges in New York, Florida and Kansas and now faces new charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, driving on a suspended license, following too closely and failure to signal.
