Pedestrian hit on Eisenhower Parkway in Macon

A pedestrian was involved in a hit-and-run on Eisenhower Parkway late Saturday night, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

At 11:58 p.m., Chris Icenhour, 42, was near the turn for Railey Road when he was hit. The vehicle involved left the scene, according to a news release.

Icenhour is listed in critical but stable condition, the release stated.

Authorities ask anyone with information regarding the incident to call 478-751-7500 and leave a message for the on-call investigator.
