The 2014 Rebuilding Together Warner Robins Annual Memorial Bob Cutrell Golf Tournament will be held at The Waterford Golf Club in Bonaire. Driving range and lunch are from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Cost is $55 per player and includes a free round of golf at a later date. The first “Bear Down” golf scramble and raffle to benefit the Houston County High School football program will take place at The Landings Golf Club. Participants are allowed to pick their own four-man team. The price is $70 per player and includes green fees, lunch, cart and range balls. Prizes will be awarded to the top four teams, and there will also be prizes awarded in the longest drive and closest to the pin competitions. The 12th Annual Golf Tournament for the Nece Hopson Memorial Foundation will be held at The Waterford Golf Club in Bonaire. Lunch will start at 11:30 a.m., and a shotgun start will be at 1 p.m. There will be prizes for first through third place. Fees are $65 per player or $260 for a four-person team. The ninth annual Brigadier General Robert L. Scott, Jr. Memorial Golf Scramble will be held at Healy Point Country Club in Macon. The four-person scramble will include a noon lunch at the clubhouse, greens fee, riding cart, range balls, a commemorative golf shirt and an evening birthday celebration buffet. Golfers have a choice of an 8 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. tee time. Super sponsors at $5,000 receive eight players, tournament sponsors at $2,500 receive four players, flag sponsors at $750 get two players and hole sponsors at $400 receive one player. Golfers and a guest are invited to the evening buffet and celebration at the Healy Point Clubhouse starting at 6 p.m. Tournament proceeds help fund the growth and development of the Museum of Aviation, which last year provided more than 62,000 students with science, technology, engineering, and math heritage programs for children, teachers and adults. The Omega Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. will host the William L. Turner Golf Classic 2014 Tournament at International City Golf Course in Warner Robins.
