Warner Robins ranked 14th best in Ga. for homeownership

WARNER ROBINS -- Warner Robins is the 14th best city for homeownership in Georgia, according to a new list from NerdWallet, a consumer advocacy website.

The chosen cities all have characteristics that are favorable to home buyers. Among the factors NerdWallet considered in making the list were current homeownership rates, median household income and affordability, and population growth, according to the website.

Places with 15,000 or more residents were included in the analysis.

Pooler, near Savannah, ranked No. 1. No other midstate cities made the list.
