Bibb Sheriff’s Office taking sign-ups for gun class

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is holding a Citizens Gun Class on March 24 and March 25 from 6-9 p.m.

To attend, you must be at least 21 years old and have no felony convictions. A background check will be done the first night of class, unless you have a Georgia firearms license.

The class will teach participants how to safely load, unload and fire a gun, and you will also learn about the gun laws in Georgia.

The class will be held at the Bibb Sheriff’s Office Training Facility, located at 1166 Jackson St.
