WARNER ROBINS -- A group of politicians, educators and community leaders was hoping to defeat a group of athletes with disabilities in a special exhibition game Tuesday night, but they didn't even come close.

Dubbed “Sharks vs. Guppies,” the Houston County Sharks beat the celebrities 60 to 8. The Guppies, who played basketball from wheelchairs they’re not accustomed to, included Houston County schools Superintendent Robin Hines and Warner Robins Mayor Randy Toms.

Tuesday’s match is the fourth annual game. The Sharks remain undefeated in the matches against Guppies. The Sharks also won the state championship last year.

Proceeds from the game were to help with equipment for the players.
