Two teens were arrested for the armed robbery of a man Friday night and a third suspect is still being sought.

The incident happened at about 11 p.m. at the corner of Beech Avenue and Blackmon Avenue, according to a Bibb Sheriff’s Office release. Michael Ballard, 31, reported that he was walking to his brother’s house when he was approached by three young black males.

One of them pointed a gun at Ballard and demanded money, but he said he had no money. They took his identification and keys and fled.

After a search of the area, deputies arrested two suspects. A 15-year-old was charged with armed robbery and taken to the Youth Development Center. A second suspect, Deundrae Gay, 17, of Macon, was charged with armed robbery and taken to the Bibb County jail.
