Macon real estate agent named president-elect of state organization

A Macon real estate agent has been selected for the leadership team of the Georgia Association of Realtors.

Jim Smith of Macon will serve as president-elect of the statewide organization, according to a news release. Smith is a member of the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors and is the principal broker of Willingham Loan and Realty Co.

Also, Janice Nhare of Dublin was named as regional director for Region 9. She is an associate broker with Curry Residential Real Estate.

The Georgia Association of Realtors is a voluntary professional association of about 27,000 licensed real estate brokers and salespeople in all aspects of the real estate business in Georgia.
