An arrest warrant was issued Friday for a driver in a Jan. 25 Forsyth traffic crash after one of the drivers died earlier this week.

The warrant charges Carol Elaine Croy, 43, of Forsyth, with homicide by vehicle, said Alexander Daniels, a Forsyth police investigator.

The crash occurred at the intersection of North Lee and Patrol roads at about 6:20 p.m. Jan. 25, he said.

Patricia Carroll McKenney, 89, the driver of the other vehicle, died Feb. 11, according to her obituary.

Daniels said the crash remains under investigation.
