State Bank announces quarterly dividend

The directors of State Bank Financial Corp., the parent company of Macon-based State Bank and Trust Co., declared Thursday a quarterly dividend of 3 cents per common share.

The dividend will be paid March 18 to the common stock shareholders of record as of March 10, according to a news release.

State Bank and Trust is one of Georgia’s best-capitalized banks, with about $2.6 billion in assets as of Dec. 31, the release stated. State Bank has locations in metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia.
