Macon man robbed outside his home Sunday morning

A man was robbed outside his home about 11:30 a.m. Sunday, according to a news release from the Bibb Sheriff’s Office.

Wayne Moyers, 36, said two black males with handguns demanded money from him at his home on Piedmont Circle in Macon and one of the suspects hit Moyers in the head with a gun, the report stated. Both suspects ran from the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Moyers received injuries to his head and was treated and released from The Medical Center of Central Georgia.
