Weekend watch, ACC

1. Back on the road: Georgia Tech (11-10, 2-6) returned home for one game against North Carolina during the week but suffered yet another loss. The Yellow Jackets head back out on the road Saturday against Wake Forest (14-7, 4-4).

2. Showdown in Syracuse: Duke (17-4, 6-2) is next up to try to hand Syracuse (20-0, 7-0) its first loss of the season and its first loss as a member of the ACC.

3. Rivalry road: Two Tobacco Road foes face off Saturday when N.C. State (14-7, 4-4) heads over to Chapel Hill to take on North Carolina (13-7, 3-4).

4. Other Saturday games: Maryland (12-9, 4-4) travels to Virginia Tech (8-12, 1-7), Boston College (6-14, 2-5) travels to Notre Dame (11-10, 2-6), Clemson (13-6, 4-3) travels to Florida State (13-7, 4-4) and Miami (10-10) hosts a non-conference game with Norfolk State.

5. Sunday spotlight: Virginia (16-5, 7-1) travels to Pittsburgh (18-3, 6-2) in a key conference showdown.
