Students from the University of Connecticut paint the outside of Bessie Cofield's home on Lamont Street Wednesday morning. 15 students from the school are spending one week of their winter break working with Rebuilding Macon. The group was painting the trim of the house and made a few repairs to the roof. Cofield had been on the Rebuilding Macon waiting list for six months and was very grateful for the help to the outside of her home.
