Northside-Warner Robins rivalry places fifth in USA Today contest

Voting has ended in USA Today’s Best High School Football Rivalry competition, and it appears the Northside-Warner Robins rivalry has landed in fifth place, according to tallies on USA Today’s website.

The Northside-Warner Robins rivalry garnered more than 78,000 votes, landing it squarely in the middle of a field of 10 rivalries. The Louisburg-Bunn rivalry in North Carolina appears to have clinched the top spot with nearly 824,000 votes.

The two winning schools will share a $5,000 prize.

Voting ended at noon Wednesday.
