A 33-year-old man was shot on Macon’s Pansy Avenue just below his right knee Monday afternoon.

The incident happened in front of a house in the 200 block of Pansy Avenue about 2:30 p.m., according to the police incident report.

Franklin Moss told police he thinks a black male driving a white Acura shot him. Moss also told police there was a second black male in the car, and that both men were wearing hoodies.

Moss was taken to The Medical Center of Central Georgia where he met with investigators, but he told them he did not want to prosecute anyone for the shooting and would not write a statement, the report stated.
