Austin Scott plans Macon town hall Monday

U.S. Rep. Austin Scott, an Ashburn Republican who represents much of Middle Georgia, has scheduled a town hall meeting for Monday in Macon.

Scottplans to provide a legislative update and address questions about local and national issues, including ongoing farm bill negotiations, to his 8th Congressional District constituents. The event is scheduled to run from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at the Georgia Farm Bureau, 1620 Bass Road, Macon.
