Indictment: Warner Robins teen hurled cat to its death

PERRY -- A Houston County grand jury has indicted a teenager on one count of cruelty to animals in an incident in which a cat died.

Brandon Jay Pollard, 19, of Warner Robins, is accused of “forcibly hurling the cat” on a concrete carport floor during an argument June 15, according to the Dec. 3 indictment. The arrest warrant stated the cat died.

Adam Hunter Gregory, 24, of Kathleen, was also indicted on a charge of false public alarm.

He’s accused of making a false bomb threat at Central Georgia Technical College on Aug. 19, the indictment stated.
