Macon police investigating woman shot

Macon police responded to a call of a woman shot early Tuesday.

The incident happened about 11 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Grenada Terrace, according to a police news release.

The person accused of shooting the woman has a relationship with her and the incident is believed to be a domestic dispute, according to the news release, but there are no further details as of Tuesday evening, “as investigators are in the early stages of their work.”
