Perry man stabbed in Macon

Macon police responded to a report of a person cut late Friday.

The incident occurred in a home along the 3800 block of Log Cabin Drive about 11 p.m., according to the police incident report released Monday.

When they arrived, officers found Jolly Danielly, 42, of Perry, unresponsive on the kitchen floor with wounds to his upper body. They spoke to the mother of his children about what happened.

She told the officers that Danielly was visiting her and his children when he discovered her new boyfriend in her bedroom. After a confrontation, the man pulled out a knife and stabbed Danielly, according to the report. He ran off before police arrived.

Danielly was taken to The Medical Center of Central Georgia, according to the report.
