State Bank Financial declares cash dividend

The Board of Directors of State Bank Financial Corp. declared Wednesday a quarterly dividend of 3 cents per common share. The dividend will be paid on Dec. 17 to the common stock shareholders of record as of Dec. 9.

State Bank Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:STBZ) is the holding company for Macon-based State Bank and Trust Co., one of Georgia’s best-capitalized banks, with about $2.5 billion in assets as of Sept. 30. State Bank has locations in metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia.
