Middle Georgia Community Food Bank

What: Need volunteers to help in the bank, monetary donations for the purchase of large amounts of food and donations of high protein foods, beans, pasta, meats, peanut butter and other non-perishable items

When and where: Monetary donations can be mailed to the bank at 4490 Ocmulgee East Blvd. and food donations can be dropped off between 8:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday at the same address

The Mentors Project of Bibb County

What: Need staple food items, canned goods and fresh fruit

When and where: Donations can be dropped off until 2 p.m. Nov. 26 at 484 Mulberry St., Suite 220
