Shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday, a person was reported shot in the 1400 block of Rocky Creek Road, which is in the curve of the road near the McDonalds.
A manager at the fast-food restaurant witnessed the shooting and told Macon police the victim got on his bicycle and road off, according to the police incident report.
An officer found the victim, identified as Quintarius Lockett, 19, on the corner of Spencer Circle and Travis Boulevard. Lockett told police he was using the Wi-Fi at McDonalds when three black males walked towards him and one shot him in the right leg, the incident report said.
Lockett told police one of the men was wearing a white shirt and black pants, and the other two wore blue clothing. Store footage confirmed Locketts descriptions, according to the police report.
