Whats the problem?
The manufactured hysteria over health care is interesting. I have been on the healthcare.gov website and I did have difficulty, getting an error message that the site is experiencing difficulty. Being an older gentleman, I have had the pleasure of navigating new upstart computer programs at work and have always experienced glitches with new programs. I am confident that if we can land a man on the moon we can fix a website. Anyway, I went ahead and looked at the parts of the program I could get to. I can call for assistance, or I can download an application and mail it in.
I was linked to the Kaiser Foundation site and got information on the types of plans, the subsidies available if I qualified, and also learned that since my employer offers me the health care I need that the subsidy would not be available to me. I went ahead and plugged in some numbers and found some of it quite interesting. If I happened to be middle-aged, married, with three children making $45,000 a year, I could get health coverage which would have a subsidy of about 80 percent, while I would be responsible for the rest. This was a silver plan, and I could go up or down depending on my health needs. Why do some people find this to be so horrible? Fifty million Americans without health insurance and no options is a good thing? If everyone has health insurance, costs go down, a good thing.

Dear Lord, we live in this generation of uncertainty, but along the way things happen. During this walk we cry and mourn for our loved ones being hurt or taken away from us. But in the Lords word, there is a time for every season. But when their life is cut so short, we dont understand. But our Father knows all that he says is true. I will go to prepare a place for you. So now we can wipe away our tears because to have eternal life is our blessing. In Jesus name. Amen.
