WARNER ROBINS -- A Unadilla man has been charged with robbery by intimidation from an incident Tuesday night in the parking lot of a Perry restaurant.

Cedric DeWayne Thomas, 44, was arrested Thursday in Dooly County, said Perry police Capt. Heath Dykes.

Thomas is accused of coming up to a 19-year-old who was sitting in her vehicle with the windows down in the parking lot of Zaxby’s at 1425 Sam Nunn Blvd., putting his finger under his shirt as if he had a weapon and demanding money, police said.

The teenager, who was on her cellphone with her stepfather, told the man that she didn’t have any money and would have to get some before driving away.
