Fostering in Warner Robins

Cleo Mobley already owned three dogs. That's the maximum in Warner Robins she can have in her home, but she also wanted to foster dogs. Over the summer, she went through the process to get the city's approval to house more dogs. She says it's because these puppies need somewhere to learn and be loved. By Christina M. Wright
