An investigation into drug and gang activity at the Villager Lodge hotel resulted in three arrests Wednesday, and the seizure of six semi-automatic handguns, marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine.

Investigators with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Vice Unit along with the Middle Georgia Fugitive Squad executed four search warrants at the hotel, located at 5009 Harrison Road, according to the sheriff’s office.

The agencies acted after several weeks of crimes being reported in the area and complaints from concerned citizens, according to the news release.

Cordeiro Rashan Clinkscales, 24, Judge Lamont Troutman, 34, and Katinzio Deon Williams, 32, all residents of Villager Lodge, were being held in the Bibb County jail. Williams is an employee of the hotel, according to the release.

The investigation is continuing, and more arrests are possible, according to the release.
