A man was shot to death Tuesday night at 1333 Blasingame Road in Crawford County.

Coroner Allen O’Neal said the shooting happened at about 9 p.m. on the street that has a Fort Valley address.

“Best that I understand, they were stepbrothers who had an argument,” O’Neal said.

The 36-year-old man was shot once in the torso in the yard of the home the two men shared, O’Neal said.

His body is expected to be taken to the GBI Crime Lab in Atlanta for an autopsy, he said.
